Ben came to guide the El Dorado YMCA in 2009 as the Executive Director. All El Dorado YMCA staff and volunteer Advisory Board members work with Ben to achieve the Y’s mission and vision in our community. His goal is to implement the four core values of caring, respect, honesty, and responsibility in his day-to-day activities.
Jamie has been impacting El Dorado members since 2007. Her favorite part is the opportunity to improve someone's life each and every day. Jamie loves giving members the tools and information to make positive changes that will last a lifetime. Her satisfaction comes from the success of the member.
Rebecca has been part of the El Dorado team since 2008. She loves the opportunity to make a positive impact on El Dorado and surrounding communities. Rebecca is passionate about the Strong Kids Campaign and the life-changing experiences it provides to all children and families.
April chose to work at the YMCA because of the people and the value of a healthy lifestyle. Overlooking the group exercise classes, April gets to teach and help guide other instructors in making our members have the best experience possible! She enjoys helping a person change their lives in a caring way.
Caitlin joined the Y team in 2012. She is excited to be bringing fresh and creative ideas to her staff. As a team they will create life lasting memories for the youth from our community, and help guide the children towards success.
Matt received his Bachelor's in Recreation from Emporia State University. He started out as a Manager on Duty and with his knowledge and degree took the position of the Butler County Sports Director. Matt is hoping to grow and develope the sports programs with his skills and passion.Personal Trainers
