Summer Slim Down Bootcamp (June 2 - August 29)
Join a group of your peers to drop the pounds in this 12-week bootcamp! Great for all fitness levels, a YMCA Certified Personal Trainer will help you achieve your goals while you make new friends. You’ve seen the commercials, maybe own the DVDs, but now INSANITY® is the newest bootcamp at the Y! Instructors are certified through fitness expert, Shaun T’s program that takes total-body conditioning to an extreme level.
