Work one-on-one with a YMCA Certified Personal Trainer and design a customized exercise, fitness, aquatics, sports or strength curriculum to meet your goals. Single or multiple sessions available for 30-minute or 1-hour appointments. Discounts available for purchasing multiple sessions. Choose an ACSM certified trainer to assist you with your rehabilitation need.

FEES: (per person session rates)
Individual: $40/hour | ACSM $45/hour | $30/half-hour | ACSM $32.50/half-hour
Partner: $30/hour | ACSM $35/hour | Half-hour sessions not available

Grab a group of 3+ of your buddies and enlist the help of a Personal Trainer to reach your goals together. You choose the day, time and number of times per week.

Monthly Rates (per person, meeting once/week)
Y Members: $35/one-hour regular monthly session
Non-members: $55/one-hour regular monthly session

Pilates Towers Burn more fat and sculpt your body! Pilates Towers will add resistance to your mat Pilates exercises. Limited to 3-4 participants. One-hour sessions available. Personal, partner or specialized group training fees apply.

  • New You Challenge (February-April) - Get support from a Y expert personal trainer who will help you achieve maximum results and reach your goals in the Y's New You 12-Week Challenge! Feel better as you lose weight, boost energy and tone muscles while you make new friends. Meets 3 times/week.

  • Summer Slim Down Challenge (June-August) - Join a group of your peers to drop the pounds in this 12-week challenge! Great for all fitness levels, a YMCA Certified Personal Trainer will help you achieve your goals while you make new friends. Meets 3 times/week.

  • Fall Fit Challenge (October-December) - Join a group of your peers to drop the pounds in this 12-week challenge! Great for all fitness levels, a YMCA Certified Personal Trainer will help you achieve your goals while you make new friends. Meets 3 times/week.
