Featured Workouts - Take advantage of these FREE mini-training sessions scheduled throughout the day. Join our fitness experts as they introduce you to new equipment, targeted workouts, or a host of other fitness opportunities. Participate in as many of these free mini sessions as you wish. No sign up is necessary. Check the featured workout schedule to be posted each week at your Y’s Fitness Desk.

Group Exercise - We offer more than 800 group exercise classes FREE with membership -everything from beginner, low-impact, stretching and chair exercises, to cardio, strength training, indoor cycling and bootcamps, there’s something for all interests. More Info.

Each YMCA facility includes a full range of state-of-the-art cardio, strength and adaptive equipment for personal wellness and rehabilitation use. Most machines feature personal TV screens so you can watch your favorite show while you exercise.

Cardio equipment includes treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, elliptical machines, stair climbers, arc trainers, rowing machines, and more.

Whether you don't know the difference between a dumbbell and a barbell or you're a seasoned weightlifting pro, we've got something for you at the Y.

All our facilities feature a wide variety of strength training equipment: free weights, selectorized and cable-based machines, plate-loaded machines, pilates & medicine balls, squat and chin-up racks, incline benches, and more.

Youth and adaptive machines are also available at several Y locations.

Now featured at all Y locations, dedicated equipment and spaces to help you maximize your cross-functional workout. Create your own workout with kettle bells, stability balls, medicine balls, bands and more. Included in membership.

RIP Trainer - Use resistance exercise in this multi-faceted approach to strength and cardio conditioning that tones you with every movement, every rep, every set, every workout.

Many Y facilities feature accessible fitness equipment designed for those with special needs. In addition, all locations have ACSM-Certified Trainers who can help develop an effective adaptive wellness routine to meet your needs.

Swim laps in our multi-lane lap pools or bring the family and splash in our family pools, which are zero-entry and include plenty of slides, fountains and play structures to keep kids happy. During summer, enjoy fun in the sun in one of our four outdoor family waterparks.

Whether you've just finished an intense workout or need some water therapy, our saunas and hot tubs are a perfect place to relax.

Red Cross-certified lifeguards are always on duty whenever pools are open, so you can safely enjoy the water.

Each Y facility features multiple gymnasiums that are home to lots of fun activities, including basketball, volleyball, camp, and more. Gyms are also available during regular facility hours for member recreation. Find gym schedules on your Y's location page or in our searchable schedules

Each of our YMCAs includes a spacious indoor track. Most tracks are about 12 laps per mile and are open to runners and walkers alike. Our new Downtown YMCA, features a 6-lap-per-mile indoor track that overlooks downtown Wichita.

Many Y facilities include racquetball/handball courts which are available for members at no additional charge. Reserve a court online or visit the front desk at any neighborhood Y.
