Youth Fitness

Helping children develop healthy habits today will make a difference the rest of their lives.

Youth ages 13 & up can enjoy most Y amenities, including the indoor track, fitness centers, group exercise classes, family & lap pools, racquetball courts, and gymnasiums.

Have fun in the pool, play basketball or racquetball, and socialize during open recreation times, FREE with your membership.

For your child’s safety, kids under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent/adult (age 18 & up) when using a YMCA swimming pool (unless in an organized, supervised program such as swim lessons). See More Details and Rules

Kids age 6 months and older can also start developing healthy habits with programs like swim lessons, gymnastics, dance, and cheer. Martial Arts is also available for kids ages 4 and up.

(Ages 6 -12) Downtown, North, and Northwest YMCAs

Join certified Y Fitness Staff in this class where having fun can improve your health. Jam packed with games designed to improve strength, endurance and flexibility while developing life-long fitness skills! Starts in Sept. Included in membership.
