Recreational Soccer

With an emphasis on fair play and fun, soccer at the Y is progressive with age-appropriate rules to help teach the game and keep it fun at every level. Our soccer program focuses on sportsmanship and teaching the basic skills including kicking, passing, dribbling, shooting, defense and working as a team

Farha Soccer League

Established teams will be placed into this league and can be defined as a group of about 6 or more players with a coach in place. Includes 8 games plus playoffs for the top 4 teams in each division.

This is for player without a team. Teams will be formed based on age and skill level. Players and parents will both train with an end goal of parents becoming coaches and eventually taking over the team and moving into the Farha Soccer League. New this season is a curriculum designed by soccer staff and Newman Assistant Women’s Coach Dylan Gruntzel.

Adult Soccer

Leagues include 8 games per season. Teams/players divided by skill level (C - No skill req'd. Play, learn & have fun! B - Competitive former high school players. A - Highly competitive former pro or college players.)

The Y has adopted the age groups of US YOUTH SOCCER. Look for the birth year of your child below, and the division will be listed for the August 2018 - July 2019 season
