Greater Wichita YMCA continually strives to make a difference in the communities it serves. One way this is made possible is through the Y's Strong Kids Campaign. This annual campaign raises funds for numerous activities, including free water safety classes, job preparatory training, early learning child care centers, summer day camps, need-based program scholarships and before and after school programs.
A contribution to YMCA's annual Strong Kids Campaign is an investment in your community. Over 60,000 kids and adults will receive free or assisted programs this year. Your gift will help change lives through Y memberships, partnerships with community agencies and youth programs like child care, after school activities, summer camps, youth sports, swim lessons and water safety classes.
YMCA programs teach young people important values such as caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Through a variety of fun and rewarding activities, they also develop valuable skills while they gain confidence and self-esteem. You simply can’t put a price on strengthening and enriching the character of a child.

Levels of Giving
Contributors who give $50 or more will have their name inscribed on the Strong Kids Wall prominently located in the lobby of each Greater Wichita YMCA branch. Additional opportunities are available for Champion-level donors.
