GREATER WICHITA YMCA

FULL DAY CARE FOR INFANTS - PRE-K

Children absorb knowledge, skills and values from everything and everyone around them. The Greater Wichita YMCA believes the values and skills learned early on are vital building blocks for quality of life and future success. That’s why our CDC and ELC sites are staffed entirely with licensed, trained, experienced care-givers who understand the cognitive, physical and social development of young children.

Our CDC and ELC sites ensure::

  • Babies develop bonds of trust and a greater sense of security
  • Toddler’s expand their language skills and become more independent
  • Preschoolers build skills, including literacy, to ready them for school

Children served in our CDC and ELC environments become school-ready - academically and socially. More importantly, the children we care for learn how to be their best selves. When combined we see better students today and contributing, engaged adults tomorrow.
